Confusion hardly describes what is going on in the average consumers mind over power cuts. Tuesday 10h00 to 14h00 - definte power cuts says Eskom. It is now 11h15 and the lights are still on!
Maybe someone in Eskom's PR department is a budding novelist and they are testing the public to see how long they can be kept on edge and trying to guess when the next power cut will be.
